Gaumukh Temple: A natural spring flowing through sculpted cows head gives the shrine its name. The famed yagna of sage Vashishtha was the performed here. A marvelously sculpted hill temple of Arbuada-the mighty serpent stands against the beautiful background. Nearby is the magnificent marble image of Nandi, the celestial bull rescued by Arbuada.

Dilwara Jain Temple: These beautifully imprinted temples built between 11th and 13th century A.D. are sheer grace in marble, enthusiastic to the jain Tirthankaras these five marble temples showcase the highly developed aesthetic and artistic sensibilities of craftsmen of the time.. The Vimal Vasahi temple is the oldest of these dedicated to the first Tirthankara. Built in 1031 A.D. (by Vimal Shah-a merchant and representative of then Gujarat ruler), it is a superb example of temple architecture.

Adhar Devi Temple: Situated in a cave, The Adhar Devi Temple is one of the popular religious themed tourist destinations in the Mount Abu region. It is situated three kilometers north of the main town of Mount Abu. The Adhar Devi Temple is reached by climbing up 365 stairs carved into the mountain. The temple itself is located inside a rocky cleave and is reached by crawling through a small opening into the cave. A favourite tourist spot.

Sunset Point: Spectacular sight of the setting sun when the hills are covered in the golden glow can be viewed from here. 3km away from the town to the west, within a walk able distance, where the vale ends, there is the Sunset Point. At the foothills downward under is a deep gorge or pit. It looks as if the setting sun has just fallen or disappeared from the sky into the mountains. This point offers one of the out of this world mountain view from this point.

Also known as the Andra Point, it offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape and offers an enchanting view of the verdant plains and valleys. Take time out to visit Honeymoon Point at sunset when the ambiance is very romantic. The place looks most beautiful during the dusk hours.

Museum and Art Gallery: Located at the Raj Bhawan, it was a collection of archaeological excavations dating back to 8th-12th century A.D. It also has Jain bronze carvings, brassworks etc. for viewing.

 Achalgarh (8 km): An Beautiful fort with some attractive jain temples with this within. amongst the noteworthy temples are Achaleswar Mahadev Temple (1412 A.D.) and Kantinath Jain Temple (1513 A.D.) . The latter has gold plated image. Mandakini Kund and a monument of Parmar Dharavarsh are located close to the Achaleswar Mahadev Temple. Guru Shikhar (15 km): Gurushikhar holds the honor of being not only the highest peak of Mount Abu but the whole of Aravali mountain range, Situated at a height of 1722 meters from the sea-level, Gurushikar provides a breathtaking panoramic view of Mount Abu town and green aravali range.

Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary : The Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the oldest parts of the Mount Abu mountain ranges. The Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary is home to many sightseeing points offering fantastic views. Many people visit the Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary just for the sightseeing and views, but most visit The Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary for the animals and birds. The Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary is about 7 kilometres long and only 300 metres wide. Nakki Lake : The Nakki Lake, at a height of 1200 meters, is the highest artificial lake in India. It is located in the heart of the town and is is believed to have carved out by the Gods using their fingernails. Raghunath Temple and Maharaja Jaipur Palace are also on hills near Nakki Lake. Nakki lake posses the crown of being the heart of Mount Abu. The hub of evening activity and boating - Nakki Lake is the perfect place to spent your evening with your partner, friends and family. Boating facility is also available in this lake.

Nakki Lake the mythological lake with a very interesting story behind its creation is the heart of Mount Abu, the legend has it that this lake was dugg by Gods or Devtas using their nails or nakh that's why the name Nakki Lake - few sections of local tribes also consider Nakki Lake as a holy lake and worship it, Nakki lake is also the only Indian artificial lake situated at a height of 1200 Mtr's above sea level. Recently in 2006-2007 Nakki lake was granted a huge financial boost for its protection amongst eight other lakes in India.

Shri Raghunathji Temple: Situated near th‘Nakki’ lake is the temple dedicated to Lord Raghunath (another name for Lord Rama), the temple holds an ancient idol, which was placed there by Shri Ramanand, the famous scholar and preacher in the 14th century A.D.
